Long before Michelin included them in its famous guide, the restaurants Düm, located in an oasis in the center of Todos Santos, and Benno, inside the Hotel San Cristóbal located between El Pescadero and Todos Santos, already indicated that they delivered everything they promised. Both places demonstrate that a great restaurant in Baja California Sur can be wonderfully positive in the culinary experience and, at the same time, have a very low impact on the desert environment. Michelin’s inclusion simply reflects what Alianza Cero Basura already knew: Düm and Benno are in a class of their own.
