We are excited to share with you our 6-month report since our last communication in June. We have made some very good progress in the second half of 2021 and we are most proud of the following:

• Completing the waste audit of businesses and residences in Todos Santos

• Forming a strong alliance with the Municipality of La Paz and the state government of Baja California Sur

• Partnering with Plaza Amigos and Water Ways Baja to deliver and promote a public access water refilling station

• Delivering a Green Project partnership with Villa Santa Cruz and the Green Room

• Hosting a workshop in partnership with 4 Walls International on creating functional art with community waste

• Refining our mission and strategy

• Creating a basic website with live donation buttons that you can check out here for USD and here for pesos. All tax deductible.

In 2022 our goal is to achieve the following objectives:

• Put formal governance in place for the alliance and recruit more skills and capacity

• Work closely with the state and municipal governments to ensure sustainability is key to their short and long term waste management strategy 

• Help more local businesses achieve their green goals

• Expand access to water refilling stations and promote water filtration systems

• Promote reusable and/or recyclable takeaway containers

• Create focus groups and forums with stakeholders and the community

• Assist with funding for several local, viable circular businesses

• Launch at least one new operational circular business in our community

• Update and refine our website (✅ !)
