What an amazing event the 10th anniversary of the GastroVino Food and Wine Festival was! The joy and reverie were palpable as we all imbibed the best wine and food that this area has to offer. Nothing makes us happier than to enjoy festivities knowing that we are treading lightly on the earth, and we so enjoyed how much effort went into making this a single-use plastic free and low waste event. If that wasn’t fun enough, our director Chava had a great conversation with with the guys at La Cerreta TV. During this time he presented our award to Perla Garnica for her zero waste efforts.
